What happens when I exceed my free quota?

Your emails are queued for 7 days when you exceed your free quota. If you upgrade to Pro within this period, all queued emails are delivered immediately. If not, they expire after 7 days.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes! You can upgrade to Pro anytime via the dashboard or CLI. You can also cancel your Pro subscription and return to the Free plan at any time.

What counts as an email?

Each recipient counts as one email. For example, sending to 3 recipients counts as 3 emails. Forwards and form submissions also count.

Do you offer discounts for high volume?

For very high volumes (500K+ emails/month), please contact us at support@mailiam.io for custom pricing.

Is there a contract or commitment?
